about me:

blueblynd is a 23 year old freelance artist stationed in western Mexico. They welcome both NSFW & SFW work.~ * ~Please take care to read the TOS (found below) before ordering!

prices
(Warning – some suggestive images ahead!)

Some of the following are personal works; stylistic changes are kept to a minimum in actual commissioned work. Furthermore, the pieces ahead are intended to be examples of quality, not canvas dimension. And YES, you can add multiple characters to 1 canvas! It's 50% off the base price per added character. Complex backgrounds or armor sets are typically treated as an extra character—ask to be sure.

icon (full render, cleaned): $40 USD

colored fullbody sketch (partially cleaned): $150 USD

painted fullbody (full render; cleaned): $250 USD

Reference/concept sheet (price depends on # of poses, size & quality): ~$400-600 USD

BUT WAIT—I'M NOT HERE ABOUT CUSTOM PIECES! WHERE ARE YOUR YCHS?

My YCH auctions are all available on FurAffinity! I typically make one or two per month and advertise them both on FA and Twitter. My YCHs are all aimed at the fatfur community, so unfortunately if you'd like a non-fatfur piece you'll have to go custom! But if you really don't want to think of an idea (I get it lol), I'm more than okay with artistic freedom—just let me know!

terms of service

The TOS (Terms of Service) below are a GENERAL GUIDE to my work practices and expectations. It is presented in PLAIN LANGUAGE wherever applicable, and thus may not cover every circumstance. I, the artist, reserve the right to make executive decisions in circumstances my TOS may fail to cover, and to edit/update my TOS if I consider the terms stated here insufficient or outdated.Henceforth, the artist blueblynd will be referred to in the first person "I" or "me", and the client as the second person "you".

general

  • By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS and state that you are over 18, or else considered a legal adult by your local government.

  • I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.

  • Refunds are not offered. I understand & apologize if this makes you uncomfortable, but I am financially incapable of offering them.

  • Payment plans can be discussed for any order over $200 USD.

  • I only accept payments through PayPal, and my prices are calculated in USD. However, since I live in Mexico, I will ask you to pay the total in MXN if possible. (This can be done simply by selecting MXN during payment. In order to be as up-to-date and fair as possible, I will calculate the exchange rate that same day using Google Finance).

  • Full payment must be completed and verified before work can begin.

  • I will only accept your commission if you can provide a COLORED REFERENCE of the character(s) you want illustrated, ideally with no shading, although some cel shading is acceptable. This does not apply for commissions of reference/concept sheets. For these, a description is typically sufficient.

  • You can request that your commission remain private. The item will still appear on the queue, but your username will be omitted from public view and no WIPs will be posted publicly.

  • Unless you request your commission remain private, I will post it to my social medias when it is done and tag you if applicable.

  • Once a commission is purchased, you will be added to the live queue. Please see Delivery Time, WIPs & Change Requests below.

what will you draw?

  • Humans, monsters, aliens, furries, robots, etc. (I charge extra for extremely detailed designs, but it's rare for a character to qualify! If yours does, I will let you know before you purchase, and provide a custom quote.)

  • Dynamic poses, action scenes, etc. (I may require visual references to be provided for a piece like this. Typically, rough doodles or images pulled from Google will work fine. I will let you know if this is required!)

  • Body horror, gore, ero-guro, vent art, etc.

  • NSFW or SFW. (My specialty is suggestive art, but hard NSFW is also okay!)

  • Most fetishes.

  • Most body types.

  • Self insert art, “x canon” art, fanart, fan characters, etc.

  • Multiple characters on one canvas. (Any additional character after the first one will be 50% off the base price!)

  • Simple to medium-complexity backgrounds. (Will be stylized, and may require additional references!)

what won't you draw?

  • Loli/Shota/Underage characters. ("Aging up" is iffy, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to little people or characters with size differences, so long as all involved characters are adults.)

  • Violence, hatred or misinformation aimed towards actual vulnerable groups and/or minorities. These include (but are not limited to) race, gender identity, sexuality, disability and body type, as well as children & animals.

  • REAL political issues and/or current events, including (but not limited to) mentions of actual life-threatening diseases, tragedies or wars.

  • Extremely detailed, complex and/or specific backgrounds.

  • NFTs and/or any other cryptocurrency.

  • Style mimicry of any other artists.

you, the client, cannot:

  • Trace my artwork.

  • Resell or reproduce my artwork in any form, including reproduced copies, near-copies or other derivations as produced/altered by AI.

  • Repost my artwork, UNLESS you credit me via linking to my Carrd: https://blueblynd.carrd.co

  • Edit my artwork.

  • Remove credit/watermark/signature from my artwork.

  • Use my artwork for NFTs or any other cryptocurrency.

  • Use ANY of my artwork for AI learning or otherwise feed my artwork to AI for any reason, including alteration/”completion”/style mimicry.

Delivery Time, WIPs & Change Requests

  • Depending on the size of the queue and the complexity of the pieces within, IT MAY TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS FOR YOUR COMMISSION TO REACH "IN PROGRESS" STATUS! An active painting typically only takes 1-3 weeks for me to finish, but this depends, of course, on its size, complexity, and the speed at which I can communicate with the customer that ordered it.

  • (Please remember that the above times are provided as ESTIMATES! They are not guaranteed, and may change depending on environmental factors/how quickly I am able to communicate with you about your piece. However, I will always work to complete your illustration as quickly as I can!)

  • Your commission is considered “active” once it (that is, the ”task” containing your commission details) has been moved to the “IN PROGRESS” status on ClickUp. Some time after, I will contact you via the contact information you used to order, and send you (at minimum) 3 WIPs: a sketch, then a rough colored version, and then a final version. YOU MUST CONFIRM EACH OF THESE WIPS BEFORE I AM ABLE TO CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEPS!

  • ONCE A WIP IS SENT, you have 2 MONTHS to get back to me in order to confirm or deny the WIP so that I can progress (or correct) the piece. If you fail to reply for 2 months or more, I will consider the commission abandoned. Abandoned commissions will be moved to the “LOST CONTACT” folder and all further progress will be canceled.

  • Commissions may ALSO be considered abandoned if they are moved to the “IN PROGRESS” folder BUT I am unable to contact you using the contact information you ordered with. IF, during your wait on the queue, your contact information CHANGES, please let me know via the contact info listed above, otherwise I may be forced to consider your piece abandoned.

  • (If you use DISCORD and are ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT ME there without success, I apologize—I have had extensive trouble with my account, and have had to remake it. You can find the new one above!)

  • You may, if you prefer, OPT-OUT of receiving WIPs at the beginning of your order. If you do, you will not need to confirm or deny any WIPs or worry about the 2 month ghosting period, but you will also have considerably less creative control. For this reason, WIPs are assumed “yes” by default.

  • If you think you may be unable to communicate with me for a period of 2 months or more BUT STILL WANT TO RECEIVE WIPs, please let me know beforehand so that we can discuss the possibility of an extension!

  • Feel free to request a change or edit at any time during the sketching or rendering process, and I will let you know if it's complex enough to qualify for a charge. (Most will be free, unless it's a new outfit or different pose!)

  • Once the finished, full-resolution file is sent to you (via email or Telegram, depending on how you ordered), you can no longer request changes. At that point, the commission is officially considered closed, and will be shortly moved to the "Complete" status on ClickUp. Thank you so much for ordering!

Final Notes

  • I will never ask for a photo of your ID. Sending a picture of your identification online, while well-intentioned, can easily lead to identity theft or worse. By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are a legal adult.

  • I do not do background checks on my clients, so I do not and cannot take responsibility for their actions. I do not condone the use or editing of my art for illegal or immoral acts, including bigotry, misinformation or hate speech.

  • When you commission me, you are entering a business agreement where there is a certain expectation of professional courtesy. You're welcome to discuss concerns with me and I will be happy & eager to fix any mistakes I make, but I WILL NOT tolerate outright harassment or abuse. If you harass, abuse or threaten me, I reserve the right to cancel your commission, block & blacklist you on social media, and advise my colleagues about your behavior.

  • In summary: please understand that I am a human being, not a soulless corporation. If you take issue with my paintings or the way I work, it is likely in both of our best interests' for you to simply block me and move on.
